Ingredients

700 grams of beef (large cuts)

coconut milk

200ml of instant coconut milk

garlic

7 cloves of garlic

red chili

8 pieces of large red chili

lime leaves

4 lime leaves, seperate the spine.

eggs

2 large eggs(each around 50g without shell, divided)

milk

2 tbsp milk

pepper

1 tsp of pepper

salt

Put salt to taste.
